entrepreneurship skills

We specialise in creative digital technology that provides alternative vocational learning experiences. We consider ourselves a complimentary service to mainstream education, helping to bridge the gap and prepare young people with their transition into adulthood.

The digital revolution has transformed a multitude of services worldwide, young people are now consuming media more than ever. Instead of viewing digital technology as a barrier to education we utilise its creative and entrepreneurial capacity to empower the next generation.

As a youth led organisation we realise some young people need additional support in achieving their goals. Our work with young people is focused on helping the individual holistically, this includes support across numerous areas of their lives.

Working with schools and various partners, we provide a grass roots approach to engagement that is focused on a service user concept called ‘Youth Centred Design’.

We pride ourselves on our authentic grass roots relationship with young people. Our tagline ‘Remixing Education’ means we operate differently, bringing a unique touch to the education and voluntary sectors. We incorporate numerous learning styles into our delivery meaning young people from all backgrounds can benefit from our programmes.

Workshops allow us to bring bite-size snippets of our programmes to young people in any environment with a focus on discussion, collaboration, interaction and practical exercises.

As an alternative provision we work closely with schools and other education providers to deliver custom holistic learning experiences. We recognise the value and importance of partnership and collaboration.

Our part time programmes allow young people in Key Stages 3-4 to gain creative enterprise skills with embedded literacy and numeracy, helping them to become well rounded individuals in preparation for adulthood.

With a rise in teen violence and more time being spent online it is important young people have safe social events they can attend which will allow them to meet new people and make connections outside of their comfort zone.

As a music driven organisation, youth events are a key part of our engagement with young people and the wider community. We are breaking the stigma of ‘urban music’ and youth culture by hosting a number of fun, safe, engaging events that young people can enjoy. Contact us if you’d like help with a youth event.

As a grass roots youth based organisation working with young people on a daily basis, we recognise the importance of performance arts and ‘urban music’ as a form of expression.

We work with young people, voluntary sector organisations and brands to build authentic relationships and marketing campaigns that address social issues and contribute towards positive change.

Luton currently lacks dedicated youth arts and media programmes that support hard to reach individuals at risk of criminal activity. We work with these young people to help improve their quality of life, while simultaneously helping organisations improve their online presence.

Our team of influencers, content producers, consultants and marketers will help improve your digital engagement, helping your business or organisation grow.
